From enquiry to handover
Enquiry & scoping call
A 30-minute video call to understand the site or property, your budget band and your ambitions. We tell you honestly whether we can add value — if we cannot, we say so.
Assessment
Desktop appraisal of planning constraints, capacity, access and budget feasibility. You receive a written appraisal with a recommend / do-not-pursue call — the most valuable document in the whole project.
Proposal
A fixed-fee proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timetable and price in EUR. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Delivery
Planning submissions, tender management, contractor coordination and stage-gate reviews — run remotely with weekly video check-ins and a shared document pack.
Handover
Completion review and snagging support, certificates checklist and an aftercare schedule. Projects end tidy — not drifting.
